Matters to be considered in product return:
• The original packaging of the product(s) must be undamaged, unused, not damaged as a result of misuse. The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the product(s) due to use.
• If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, with the form of 'Product Unit Price + VAT', without including the cargo share. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be received unless a return invoice is issued.
• If the customer returns the product, after the product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and the return will be approved. From the moment the returned product reaches us The product price will be returned to you within 14 days.
• When the money is returned for a product whose shipping fee has been paid by us, only the amount written on the invoice of the product will be refunded. Shipping fee is not refundable.
